Having issues with your sample pack download?
Try these steps to fix:
WINDOWS
1. Check Available Space.
Ensure that you have enough free space on your hard drive. If you’re downloading to the default Downloads folder (usually on your C drive), make sure the drive has sufficient storage (20–30gb).
2. Install WinRAR.
You may need WinRAR to extract your files. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it for free here:

3. Repair the Folder Using WinRAR.
If the download is incomplete or the file is corrupted, try repairing it with WinRAR. For guidance on how to do this, watch this tutorial video:

MAC
1. Check Available Space.
Make sure you have enough free space on your Mac’s hard drive. If you’re downloading to the default Downloads folder, ensure you have at least 20–30gb of free storage.
2. Install an Unzipping App.
Mac does not always handle large compressed files correctly. You’ll need one of the following apps to extract the files:
The Unarchiver:
https://theunarchiver.com
Keka:
https://www.keka.io/en
3. Re-extract the Files.
Once installed, right-click the downloaded file and open it using The Unarchiver or Keka. This should correctly extract all files if the download completed successfully.
